According to recent reports, music composer Palash Muchhal will be making his debut as a director in the film Ardh. He has signed actor Rubina Dilaik to play the female lead in this project.

Spanning 14 seasons, the show has helped many contestants kickstart their journey in showbiz. In a similar instance, Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik has now got her big Bollywood break. Yes! The TV star is all set to make her silver screen debut with music composer Palash Muchhal’s directorial ‘Ardh’.
According to recent reports, music composer Palash Muchhal will be making his debut as a director in the film ‘Ardh’. He has signed actor Rubina Dilaik to play the female lead in this project. The film will also feature actors Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani in pivotal roles. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on his Twitter handle. Though no details about the story or setting of the film are revealed, fans are more than excited.
Reportedly, the film ‘Ardh’ will go on floors in September this year. Earlier, Muchhal had shared few pictures with Rajpal Yadav as he announced his directorial venture. Well, this film will mark Yadav’s comeback as a lead after ages. Previously, the actor led the film Main, Meri Patni Aur Woh which garnered a great response from the fans as well as critical acclaim.
Now with the reports of Rubina being roped in for the film has left her fans highly excited. The actor enjoys an eager fan following and they have been awaiting her film debut since her Bigg Boss stint. For those unaware, Rubina made an impressive mark in the BB house with her true and competitive persona. And thus, she eventually became the favorite of the masses who led her to the crown of season 14.
Currently, Rubina is seen in the TV saga “Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’.
