Bhagya Lakshmi 23 September 2022 Written Update: Lakshmi resolves to prove Rishi innocent

In the previous episode of Bhagya Lakshmi, When Lakshmi hears Rishi’s testimony in court, she becomes agitated. In response to Mr Basu’s attempts to reason with him, Rishi says that he has a vow to Lakshmi and will stop at nothing to save her. Lakshmi objects, claiming that Rishi is lying because he wants to protect her. Later, the court makes its ruling public and notes that there is still plenty to be looked at in this case. He claims that Rishi will remain in detention and that the court has found Lakshmi to be innocent. Lakshmi screams and runs to Rishi. Neelam enters and yells at Rishi for accepting responsibility. Malishka reprimands him as well before leaving. Aayush, Virendra, and Harleen agree with his choice. Malishka sobs as Neelam orders Virendra to take her home. When Neha watches Rishi being driven away in the police jeep from her house, she informs Rano that Rishi has been taken into custody. Rano considers informing everyone about Balwinder’s participation. Malishka humiliates Lakshmi outside the court and holds her accountable for Rishi’s incarceration.

In the next episode of Bhagya Lakshmi, Malishka continues to berate Lakshmi and shouts back at Harleen as well. Aayush infuriated, chides Malishka for her behaviour and stops Shalu from attacking her. He insults Malishka and questions her presence in the house. He mentions that Rishi is no one to her but Karishma intervenes and shouts at everyone for targeting Malishka. Harleen loses her control and yells at Malishka and her condition suddenly falters. Lakshmi looks after Harleen and tells her to pay no mind to Malishka. Later, Neelam questions Virendra and expresses her disappointment. She blames Lakshmi for ruining Rishi’s life but Virendra reasons with her otherwise. Neelam gets furious over his words and asks him to leave her alone. Meanwhile, Lakshmi brings Harleen home and tells her not to worry. Malishka meets with Rishi in jail and asks him to trust her. She mentions that she would have gotten Lakshmi out, but Rishi mentions that it was his responsibility to get Lakshmi out. Malishka mentions that she loves him and will do everything she can to save him, but Rishi keeps worrying about Lakshmi and says that she might be worried about him. He mentions that he loves Lakshmi and tries to explain his feelings to her. Malishka gives him a choice, but Rishi still chooses Lakshmi. Back home, Lakshmi resolves to prove Rishi innocent and asks Aayush for his support. Aayush mentions that he is with her, always and will always do so. Malishka lies to Rishi and tells him that according to her, he does not love Rishi. Malishka keeps pestering Rishi to tell her if he loves Lakshmi, but a constable arrives and asks Malishka to leave. Rishi wonders if he really loves Lakshmi.
