Bhagya Lakshmi 17 August 2022 Written Update: Aayush keeps an eye on Malishka

In the previous episode of Bhagya Lakshmi, while Virendra and Harleen are in favour of Rishi and Lakshmi going out, Neelam is opposed to the notion and works to prevent them from being together. Balwinder expresses his frustration to Guddu. Later, Aayush requests Rishi’s assistance because the hotel’s kitchen must be overseen. Malishka enters the room and says she can handle the cooking and kitchen. Aayush claims that Lakshmi’s cuisine is great and that she is an excellent cook. Rishi agrees with him and calls Lakshmi his wife. The following morning, Rishi departs for Bengaluru and chooses not to call Lakshmi because she doesn’t say anything to him. Aayush visits Lakshmi while she is working in the kitchen to chat to her about Shalu. Aayush informs Malishka that he is keeping an eye on her when she interrupts them. Malishka chastises him for his actions and claims that all she wants to do is support the family. Later, Neelam and Virendra quarrel over Lakshmi. Neelam is shocked by Rishi’s actions and holds Lakshmi responsible for her cunning actions. Virendra predicts that one day she would genuinely change her mind regarding Lakshmi. Lakshmi is brought to work by Aayush, who also introduces her to his colleagues. Malishka decides to humiliate Lakshmi since she believes that she will never own a business.

In the next episode of Bhagya Lakshmi, Rishi thanks Lakshmi for her assistance on a video call. Malishka listens in on the two as they converse while keeping an eye on Lakshmi. Malishka is irritated by Rishi’s suggestion that the two of them go out to a party when he returns, and she vows to ruin it. Aayush notices Malishka’s attempt to taint the dish Lakshmi prepared. Aayush mentions that Malishka was attempting to mix something into the food to discredit Lakshmi’s efforts and reputation. Aayush is confronted by Malishka, who feigns innocence, and accuses him of humiliating her in front of everyone. When Aayush refuses to apologise to Malishka, Lakshmi steps in and tells him to do so. Later, Lakshmi and Rishi start missing one another and believe they are in front of one another. Both of them express their emotions, and Rishi says he admires Lakshmi for managing everything. They both acknowledge one another, and the cooks subsequently complement Lakshmi for cooking delectable cuisine. Malishka becomes agitated by Rishi and Lakshmi’s intimate bonding and thinks it is difficult to keep them apart. While Malishka’s phone rings, Balwinder makes a vow to get even and hangs up. In the end, he picks up the phone, and Malishka calls him to Rishi’s hotel and assigns him a new mission. Malishka reprimands Aayush for not believing her when he promptly confronts her. Malishka refuses to go and informs Aayush that Neelam sent her to make sure everything is in order. Aayush recognises her ruse and informs her that he is watching for her to make a mistake because Lakshmi won’t make one.
