Best of 2020: From Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’s Karna Sen to Krishnakoli’s Nikhil Choudhury, these men stood out as fantastic husbands
Who among the leading men do you think could be awarded the Husband Of The Year award, if there was one?
Our favourite ZEE5 shows have several married male lead characters and can we just talk about how good they have been as on-screen husbands? From being supportive of their partners’ career or passion to always standing up for them if anybody raised questions against them, they have done it all. Looking back at the time, this year threw several challenges at us just as it did to our favourite on-screen husbands but it is commendable how perfectly Karna, Adinath, Nikhil and others dealt with them.
Watch what will happen next on Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay here:
Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’s Karna Sen would be one of the toughest contenders for the Best Husband of the Year award if it really was one. From standing up for Radhika against Thammi when she wanted her to not work at Sen Creations to giving up his food so she would have something to eat for lunch, Karna never failed to be there for his wife. He even took care of Moni’s monetary stress recently without letting Radhika worry about it.
Karna’s father, Adinath who is married to Anuradha Sen is another brilliant man in the Sen household. He has always been the biggest admirer of Anuradha and supported her through everything. A man who acknowledges and respects the contributions made by his wife is truly an amazing one.
Being Payel’s husband, Argha has similar interests to hers. Although they are never up to any good, Argha always stands by his ill-minded wife and helps her with her nasty tricks at home.
One of the most patient lovers, Nikhil has shown immense love for Shyama even after 18 years of having lost her. As he continues to still look for her with high hopes, Nikhil Choudhury makes for a long-lasting lover who will always have eyes only for his partner.
Jamuna Dhaki’s Sangeet Ray is another brilliant man we all have been fortunate enough to witness. A man with immense respect for his wife, Sangeet’s undying love and protective instincts towards her is a characteristic we would love for all men to possess.
