ZEE5’s Tamil TV celebrities huddled up with their co-stars and families to ring in Pongal. Celebrities such as Asha Gowda, Sreenidhi, Shivani Narayanan and more took to Instagram to share some of the fun activities that they took up as they celebrated the harvest festival. From wearing fun ensembles to drawing delightful kolams, celebrities took to their social media accounts to wish the fans as well as let them know how they brought in Pongal.

While celebrities celebrated Pongal by getting together with their co-stars and families, some beautiful ways of celebration also took place around the city. One of the festivities involved a celebration at an elephant rejuvenation camp at Thekkampatti near Mettupalayam on Thursday. Various rituals were conducted, including competitions for mahouts and feeding of elephants.

The show stars Asha Gowda and dancer-choreographer turned actor, Nandha, in pivotal roles.
