The political turmoil in Rajasthan sparked a new fire days after Sachin Pilot and his rebel camp declared an open rebellion against Gehlot. The Rajasthan CM has described his former deputy as a worthless person and alleged that he backstabbed Congress by conspiring with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to dislodge the government in the state.

Political analyst Ashutosh asked Congress spokesperson Ragini Nayak whether Gehlot is ignoring the party’s high command. She confirmed that there were political tensions within the Congress and Pilot’s decision has surely hurt the party’s sentiments. However, she added that Congress will continue to stay strong and their doors will always be open for the ones who have left the party.
