Actress Anushka Sharma turned 33 on 2nd May, 2021. The actress took to her official Instagram handle to share a video message for her fans expressing gratitude for all the wishes on her birthday. Anushka also mentioned that she didn’t celebrate her birthday as it didn’t feel right amid all the pain and sufferings happening around the nation.

You truly made my day special. But in the midst of all this pain and suffering, it did not feel right to celebrate my birthday. But I have seen your special messages to me and now I have an important message for you. I would like to appeal to everyone to unite and support our country in this hour of crisis.
