Anurag Kashyap’s Daughter Aaliyah Opens Up On Getting Brutally Trolled For Her Lingerie Photos

Almost every celebrity in Bollywood and otherwise gets trolled at least once in their lifetime. What’s truly sad about this is that it’s not just the celebs that have to face this trolling, it also extends to their children at times. One such incident happened wherein Anurag Kashyap’s daughter, Aaliyah was brutally trolled for posting photos in a lingerie online.

Last month, the young star-kid had shared a picture of herself posing in a lingerie. She also tagged the brand she was wearing, that is Lounge Underwear. This post apparently triggered some of her trollers online and the poor girl ended up getting rape threats, death threats and was targeted to slut-shaming as well.

The actress opened up on the brutal trolling she faced in her recent YouTube video, where she was seen saying, “People were telling me that I should be ashamed of being Indian and posting stuff like that. People were sending me rape threats, calling me a prostitute, DMing me and asking me what my ‘rate’ was, sending me death threats. That whole incident of the picture got me a lot.”

Aaliyah also added that she’s a very sensitive person and even the smallest bit of hate does affect her, but now, she has realised that it doesn’t matter because these people are hiding behind their phones and have nothing better to do. While talking about her Bollywood debut, the star kid said that she doesn’t plan on doing it as it doesn’t “fascinate” her. She also added, “This is not what I want to do, I am trying to stay away from it.”
