Anjum Fakih Recalls Walking From Bandra To Andheri For Auditions, Calls ‘ HiPi StarHunt’ Blessing For Fans

HiPi StarHunt event on the ZEE5 app is one of the most talked-about online digital auditioning events in India. Speaking of which, Kundali Bhagya star Anjum Fakih, who plays the role of Srishti in the show, took to her HiPi account and made a short video. In the video, Anjum said, “It’s my pleasure saying that my biggest break in the industry was with ZEE5’s Kundali Bhagya when I cracked the audition three years back. I have done several shows before Kundali Bhagya and of course, it was hard work. I have never done any acting workshop and whatever I’ve learnt, I’ve learnt on the sets by observing people and seeing what they do. I am fortunate enough to have friends like Shraddha Arya, Supriya Shukla, and the small bits of acting, I’ve learnt from them.”

Interestingly, Anjum also took a trip down the memory lane and spoke about her struggle in the industry. Fakih mentioned that she “travelled by foot for auditions, from Branda to Andheri” as she did not have Rs 10 to pay for the bus. More so, she continued that she only ate Maggi for lunch and dinner. Speaking about ZEE5’s HiPi, Anjum stated that it’s an amazing platform that gives fans the opportunity to showcase their talent. She also wished fans luck for the StarHunt event.
