Tezaab is a romantic action flick which has enjoyed a huge fan following since its release in 1988. The film has been directed by N Chandra who was also a part of the writing team of this film. It features celebrated actors like Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, and Anupam Kher in key roles. The lead couple of the film, Anil and Madhuri, rose to fame through their intense chemistry and also bagged multiple awards for their work in the film.

He dedicated the success of Tezaab to Saroj Khan highlighting how the song was considered more iconic than the film itself.
