Amaal Malik Reveals Who Gave Him The Confidence To Sing Saina’s Anthem Song, ‘Parinda’

Amaal Malik revealed that he is a reluctant singer and this person gave him the confidence to sing the anthem song, Parinda in Saina.

Amaal Malik is a very popular Indian music director, composer, singer and much more. The musician is a major part of Saina’s music which is a biopic on the renowned Indian Badminton champion Saina Nehwal. In an exclusive interview, Amaal spoke about his thoughts on his recently released song Parinda, which he has sung himself, in the film Saina, and a lot many other things as well.

Amaal Malik is debuting as a background scorer of a film in Sania while having three brilliant songs in it. The musician stated that while making the song Parinda, he had visualised singers such as KK or Vishal Dadlani to be its singer. This was due to his belief that a larger-than-life voice was ideal for an anthem song such as Parinda. However, it was his director Amole Gupte’s belief that Armaan himself would be the best choice as the song’s singer. Armaan stated that he is usually a very reluctant singer but was confident about the music and the songs he had created for the film. Amol Gupte’s confidence and vision also helped Armaan turn into the singer for Parinda.

Talking about his first thoughts on the release of his song Parinda, which is the anthem of Saina, Amaal Malik said he was excited to finally release the YouTube link of the song. Stating how long it took for the project to be accomplished, Amaal also said that while he had signed the project at 26-years old, it finally happened now that he had turned 29. The musician acknowledged how the film faced a lot of hurdles in its way to completion. The team of the film faced obstacles in the way of its music, script, filming, actors and much more, he stated.
