As the nation continues to grapple with the second wave of Covid-19, the working of the film industry has also witnessed a pause. While many film shoots were halted, we also saw actors contracting the virus. In a similar instance, Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has now tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The actor took to his Twitter handle to inform the fans about his diagnosis. He is currently under home quarantine.

Arjun also urged people who were in contact with him to get tested for Covid-19. The 38-year-old star wrote, “Hello everyone! I have tested positive for Covid. I have isolated myself at home and have been following all the protocols. I request all my well-wishers and fans not to worry as I am doing fine.” On the work front, Allu’s next is ‘Pushpa’ an action-thriller that will be releasing in August 2021.

Coming to the B-town, amid the surge in covid cases, many actors are seen stepping out to get their Covid-19 shots. Recently, actors Saif Ali Khan and Madhuri Dixit took the second shot of their vaccination. While Saif was spotted exiting a vaccination centre in Mumbai, Madhuri informed her fans via social media.

On Monday, Saif was spotted by the paps outside a vaccination centre. Dressed in casuals, wearing his face mask, the actor was accompanied by his security personnel. Prior to the lockdown, Saif was busy shooting for his upcoming project Bhoot Police. That actor also has the mythological film Adipurush on his work front.

On the other hand, Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit shared a picture of herself getting vaccinated. Also, she urged her fans to get vaccinated at the earliest. On the work front, the actress was busy with her dance reality show Dance Deewane.
