Actors and other important personalities use social media sites like Twitter to communicate with their followers and keep them up to date on their personal lives, upcoming projects, and more. Social media has become an integral part of everyone’s everyday life as a result of technological advancements. TechShielder recently compiled and posted a list of the most liked and most trolled celebrities on Twitter, with actress/producer Reese Witherspoon and two of the MCU’s most popular stars, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth, topping the list. BTS, a South Korean boyband, beat out all three stars to become Twitter’s most popular celebrity.

This is what the survey says

According to TechShielder, Reese has a 69 percent favourable Twitter share, followed by Thor star Chris Hemsworth with a 63 percent positive tweet share. Finally, Captain America’s Chris Evans is in the third position with 62 percent of the vote. TechShielder revealed that a whopping 73 percent of BTS’s latest tweets are favourable after analysing over 500 of them which earned them a top spot in the list of elites.

Over the previous few years, BTS has acquired a substantial fan base known as the ARMY. They’ve had five different chart-topping songs in the last ten months, breaking Michael Jackson’s record from the late 1980s. This isn’t the only record they’ve broken this year; their song Butter also holds the record for the longest-running number-one debut on the Hot 100.

Nigella Lawson, a British culinary writer, and television cook show host were also on the list, as was television celebrity, Paris Hilton. They also revealed the most trolled singers on Twitter, with Demi Lovato topping the list with 41 percent negative remarks. Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez came in second and third, respectively, with 37 percent of their tweets being negative. With 39 percent and 38 percent, respectively, Kristen Bell and Tom Holland topped the list of the most trolled actors.
