The special saree cost Rs 25, 000 and interestingly it was made by handloom workers of Chanderi village in Madhya Pradesh. Isn’t this amazing about Aamir Khan? Kareena Kapoor Khan in an interaction with the leading daily said that it had been chaotic and she so exhausted when she first came to Madhya Pradesh. She travelled for literally 7 hours just to meet Aamir.

The actor also informed her that the forefathers of these workers used to work for rich families and create their costumes. Once they reached Chanderi, the actor duo went to the homes of the people there and understood their way of life.
Kareena also said that the people over there stayed in one room and work for 10-12 hours per day and only earn nearly Rs 50 every day, On the other hand, the designers take their work and sell it for Rs 30-40,000. The actress understood the hardships faced by those people and enjoyed a gala time with them.
