The structure is basically a wall which has 953 windows that allowed the wind to pass which is why it was called as the Hawa Mahal. It was built with red and pink sandstone in the structure of Krishna’s crown.

Jaisalmer Fort which is also known as the Golden Fort because it is built with yellow sandstone that looks as if the fort is made of gold when seen from a distance. It is another fort that has been declared as the world heritage site by UNESCO. You will have to be ready for a little walk while reaching the fort as it situated above the city height and once you reach the top you can get a bird view of the whole city.
