The story of Madhav and Vaidehi belonged to a royal family in Rajasthan and that is why the makers decided to shoot it there itself to give the story a more authentic feel. Hawa Mahal is an excellent piece of architecture built in the year 1799 by the king Sawai Pratap Singh. He built this palace for the royal ladies who wanted to enjoy the street festival and busy city life while remaining out of the public’s attention. The structure is basically a wall which has 953 windows that allowed the wind to pass which is why it was called as the Hawa Mahal. It was built with red and pink sandstone in the structure of Krishna’s crown.

5. Main Bhi Ardhangini: Golden Fort, Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer Fort which is also known as the Golden Fort because it is built with yellow sandstone that looks as if the fort is made of gold when seen from a distance. It is another fort that has been declared as the world heritage site by UNESCO. You will have to be ready for a little walk while reaching the fort as it situated above the city height and once you reach the top you can get a bird view of the whole city. We will recommend you to visit this place in the evening as it looks amazing.

6. Main Bhi Ardhangini: Pushkar
