Get ready because the best event on the Zee Kannada roster of all times, the Zee Kannada Kutumba Awards 2019 is just around the corner and we are all super excited. An event to felicitate the best talents and shows on the channel, this year, there are over 20 estimated categories that will be awarded at the prestigious event.

Watch last year’s Zee Kutumba awards, to refresh your memory:

You must have already come across the 6 main categories that are open to PUBLIC VOTING, today we will take a look at the next five sub-categories that have been revealed. Starting one of the best categories, the ‘Best Athhe’. The nominations as you can see from the image are, Aparna Devi from Radha Kalyana, Girija from Bramhagantu, Hema from Naagini, Kaushalya from Subbalakshmi Samsara and Sumathi from Bramhagantu.

While we are still awaiting the list for ‘Best Maava’, take a look at the next category we are sure about, the ‘Best Magalu’. And the nominations are Amulya from Gattimela, Belli from Yaare Nee Mohini, Geetha from Bramhagantu, Kamali from Kamali, Paaru from Paaru and Radha from Radha Kalyana.

Now comes the interesting part doesn’t it? I personally love the villain section because honestly, this is the most difficult thing to play a character, who is evil and make it convincing. The nominees for ‘Best Villain Female’ are Anika, Kamini and Urmila from Kamali, Anushka from Paaru, Kathraguppe Kanthamma from Radha Kalyana, Maya and Neelambari from Yaare Nee Mohini, Pinky from Bramhagantu, Sarika from Gattimela and Shanaya from Subbalakshmi Samsara.

As mentioned before, the biggest challenge for an actor is that of an antagonist’s role, so kudos to all the nominees for ‘Best Villain Male’; Bhairava from Naagini, Byra from Yaare Nee Mohini, Rudra from Naagini, Vishnu from Naagini and Vajramuni from Radha Kalyana.

The next adorable category is that of the ‘Best Appa’. Let’s take a look at the nominees, shall we? We have Chandrakanth from Kamali, Hanumanthu from Paaru, Manjunath from Gattimela, Narasimha from Bramhagntu, Ramesh from Kamali and Raghuraam from Paaru.
