Even though they are the negative characters in the story, it is difficult to imagine a single episode of Pookalam Varavayi without their presence. #1 Sharmilla Makes Jyothirmayi Pretend To Be Sick

After Samyuktha and Abhimanyu’s marriage on Pookalam Varavayi, Jyothirmayi suspects that the newlyweds are constantly fighting. Sharmilla quickly asks her to pretend to be sick and groan in pain so that they can disturb the couple. Samyuktha (Mridhula Vijai) figures out that Jyothirmayi is pretending and tells her that she has a homemade remedy. The funniest moment comes when Samyuktha starts punching Jyothirmayi in her stomach, which instantly cures her sickness.

#2 Jyothirmayi And Sharmilla Make Saptathi Drink The Spiked Milk

Jyothirmayi and Sharmilla formulated a plan to kill Saptathi by making her drink a poisoned glass of milk. As Saptathi was about to drink it, Samyuktha intervenes and instead makes Sharmilla drink it. Jyothirmayi gets scared with the situation and hides in the other room, while Sharmilla drinks the spiked milk.

#3 Jyothirmayi Finds An Antidote For Sharmilla

After drinking the milk, Sharmilla feels tired and drowsy but Jyothirmayi is quick to save her. She tells Sharmilla that they have to move fast to stop the marriages and gives her the antidote. The duo learns that they got tricked again by Samyuktha as the milk didn’t have poison in it. Later they get to know that Samyuktha was only trying to stall their plan.

#4 Jyothirmayi And Sharmilla Get The Divorce Papers

The scene where Jyothirmayi finds the divorce papers from Samyuktha but is unable to read them because of her poor eyesight left us laughing our hearts out. She is quick to consult Sharmilla like a loyal sidekick. The duo tries to read the contents of the papers but their poor eyesight makes it difficult for them. We breathed a sigh of relief when Abhimanyu (Arun G Raghavan) retrieves the papers from the duo sensing its importance.
