He gets shocked to see the shopkeepers charging their own prices from the people. He realizes that the tax charged on Hindus who wish to go on the holy trips is unfair. He sees the security guards behaving rudely with them and when the security guard is about to hit the Hindus with his whip, Akbar stops him.
