While Kunti is about to leave with Vasudev and Devaki, Kansa tricks the latter into believing that if their son comes searching for them, he would find them missing. Tempted by food, Hidimba enters a house. Seeing Hidimba, the woman in the house runs away, while Hidimba satiates her hunger. The villagers run amok on seeing Hidimba. Kanha arrives and assures Hidimba that he'll talk to Nand to acquaint the villagers with her. The villagers, however, have a hard time accepting Hidimba.
