In order to get Shaalini's love back, Abhay joins the school where Shalini is working as a teacher. He comes to the class wearing uniform. She asks him about the home work and is told that he didn't get time. She then teaches him the Kannada grammar and asks some questions. When he chooses to answer out of the book, she gets angry and asks him to stand up on the bench. In his support, all the fellow students stand up too. Surprised, Shaalini questions them about it and gets a reply that if he can answer out of the book, he must be a genius. Shalini is from a lower middle class family who works as a school teacher and Abhay is a TV journalist , Abhay makes a false news against her and makes her lose her job, he realizes the mistake and helps her in regaining the job, during this process they become friends and Abhay falls for her simplicity and straight forwardness he falls in love with her Shalini says she has always seen him as only a good friend and says she has no special feelings for him. She also explains him that it is not socially acceptable as he is 5 years younger than her. Will Abhay eventually wins her over with his true love and his everlasting flamboyant attitude?
