India and China had been on a dangerous 9-month long standoff with massive troops and tanks of both nations standing eye to eye. However, the standoff is now going into a disengagement mode with China taking a step back from it. The nation that stood against India for so long has been facing a lot of disappointment for not recognising the sacrifices of the soldiers who lost their lives at Galwan Valley.

There was a prolonged and deadly standoff between the nations of India and China for around 9 long months. However, with a disengagement underway, China is noticeably taking a backfoot at it now has the surfaced images suggest as well. The nation was compelled to take a step back from the standoff after finally accepting that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) did lose its soldiers in the Galwan Valley clash with the men of the Indian army. This happened after the soldiers, who serve the country of China, expressed grave sorrow and disappointment about the neglect shown towards the sacrifices made by the lost lives of PLA’s army men.

The dissatisfaction and disappointment expressed by the PLA were taken into account and Gallantry Awards were presented to 5 army men. This was done to honour and acknowledge the brave sacrifices made by them for the nation at the Galwan Valley clash that Chinese troops had with Indian army men. With drastic weather conditions ensuing, the soldiers of PLA seem to be beginning to fall weak at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and are taking a step back from the massive standoff too. However, while the Chinese army men are giving in to the harshness of the weather conditions at LAC, Indian soldiers continue to stand tall and firm at the same.
