CBI 5: Jagathy Sreekumar And Sethuramayya To Collaborate For The Suspense Thriller Film; Will The Fromer Actor Be On Board For The Flick – REPORTS

The hit franchise of the CBI series has kept the audiences hooked to the film. With the fifth installment underway, the excitement for the film is upped by the fans and social media is flooded with pics and videos of the same. Megastar Mammootty has kept the fans entertained and enthralled to the fullest with the film. Taking to his social media handle, Mammootty also shared the news of Sethuramayya entering the fifth part of the flick.

Now, it is rumoured that Vikram, who has been with Sethuramayya since the CBI diary, will be in the fifth part as well. Jagathy Sreekumar who played the role of Vikaram on the show has received a lot of allocates from one and all. Audiences say that Vikram is the most notable character he ever played.

Fans are expecting that Jagathy, who suffered a major car accident in 2012 had left the industry and now everyone wants him to make an epic comeback on the big screens. However, Mammootty and other stars were adamant that Jagathy should not be a part of the franchise but, Jagathy’s family got the consent of the cast to cast him. The shooting will take place at Jagathy Sreekumar’s house due to his health condition.

The shooting of the film had already begun on the 29th of the last month. Reportedly, K. Madhu, himself bringing Mammootty’s Sethuramayya to the silver screen for the fifth time.

The film is bankrolled by Swargachithra Appachan. Akhil George is the cinematographer of the film. The iconic theme music for the film is composed by Jacques Bijoy. Music director Shyam composed the background music for the other four films in the CBI series. Apart from Mukesh and Saikumar, Ranji Panicker, Ramesh Pisharody, Dileesh Pothen, Saubin Shahir, Asha Sarath and Malavika Menon are also in the cast. Reportedly, the fifth part of the film is prepared after 13 long years.
