Following the rapid spread of a new coronavirus variant in Britain, England, and Scotland went into another full lockdown from Tuesday. The drastic surge in positive cases and fear that the new variant is running out of control prompted tougher actions in Britain, which included shutting of schools, and a ban on leaving home except for essential shopping, medical reasons, or exercise. These measures will be reviewed from February 15, but the government cannot ‘predict with certainty’ whether they will be lifted or not.

The health officials of  England, Scotland, Wales, and  Northern Ireland have reportedly said that they have now entered stage 5 of coronavirus meaning if swift action is not taken immediately, then within 21 days the health services of Britain will drastically get affected and it will very difficult to get the situation under control.
