As per rumours, Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan were to play reel-life brothers in the tentatively titled, Chiru154. However, the rumour has been busted as false and this has left their fans sad
Megastar Chiranjeevi and his family is one of the most loved and admired Telugu movie families. As per recent rumours the megastar was to be seen sharing screen space with his brother Pawan Kalyan, in his 154th film to be directed by Bobby. But as per recent updates this rumour was not true and the role that was speculated to be played by Kalyan might be played by Ravi Teja.
Telugu director KS Ravindra, fondly known as Bobby had recently shared the news that he will be collaborating with his idol, the Megastar Chiranjeevi, for his upcoming film #Chiru154. The director of the film had taken it to social media in the beginning of this month to share the news regarding the film and also released a poster that depicted the megastar in a ‘’Mass Moola Virat’’ avatar. As soon as the poster of the film was released a rumour spread like wildfire that the megastar will be cast with his younger brother Pawan Kalyan in the film and the real life brothers will play reel- life brothers as well.
The fans of both the actors have always wanted to see them work together and this speculation came as a pleasant surprise for them. However, soon enough the hopes of the fans were shattered as the rumour was denied and it has been cleared that Kalyan will not appear with the megastar in this film.
As per recent reports the role of Chiranjeevi’s brother will be played by the actor Ravi Teja. However, there is no confirmation on this news from the makers of the film yet. It is interesting to state here that Ravi Teja is a huge fan of Chiranjeevi and had played his brother in the 2000 film, Annayya. Therefore, if the speculations are to be believed then the duo will return as reel-life brothers after a 21-year hiatus. The Bengal Tiger actor has also worked with director Bobby in the past as well in the blockbuster film, Power.
