Jothe Jotheyali 21 September 2021 Written Update: Pushpa reprimands Subbu for his childish behaviour

In the previous episode of Jothe Jotheyali, Subbu is shocked when Meera reveals the amount spent on Anu and Aryavardhan’s wedding. When Subbu expresses his wish to contribute to the expenses, Meera becomes uneasy. Elsewhere, Anu talks to Aryavardhan over a call, due to which he ignores Meera making her furious.

In the next episode of Jothe Jotheyali, Meera gets irritated when Jhende asks her the reason behind getting upset over trivial things. She expresses her frustration about Anu calling Aryavardhan at any random time and keeping him busy and not letting him concentrate on work. She states that she wishes to have control over work while Aryavardhan is in office.

Elsewhere, Pushpa tries to call Anu but gets irritated when her number is continuously busy. The women in the chawl indirectly taunt Pushpa about Subbu trying to bring Anu back. Subbu’s this decision makes Rajani suspicious and she wonders about the reason behind the same.

Sharada Devi is surprised when Subbu visits her house. Anu is delighted on seeing him and gives him a hug. Subbu is elated when Sharada Devi praises Anu and tells him about how Anu is preparing a special dinner for Aryavardhan. Anu asks Subbu a few tips on what to cook for Aryavardhan. Subbu teases Anu about how he thought that she will insist on returning to her maternal home with him. Anu reveals that she won’t have done so as Aryavardhan is in office and she won’t leave without discussing with him. Subbu then lies to Anu and Sharada Devi about the reason behind his visit.

Sharada Devi tells Subbu her plan to conduct a small puja at home and invites Subbu and Pushpa for the same. Subbu’s words give Anu an idea to prepare a specific dish for Aryavardhan. Subbu bids Anu a farewell and wishes her luck for dinner. Subbu gets emotional when Anu talks about how she could not even think of leaving Aryavardhan’s house without talking to him.

During dinner, Anu goes to call Harshavardhan and he is surprised when she addresses him as ‘brother-in-law’. Harshavardhan is surprised when Anu tells him that she cooked dinner and teases her about the same. They then give each other hi-five and are surprised when they easily sync, this delights Harshavardhan beyond reason.

At Pushpa’s house, she serves dinner to Subbu, who is lost in Anu’s thoughts. She reprimands him for ignoring the food and reminds him how she had told him that Anu won’t be coming to their house the day after marriage. She tells him how they should think about Anu being happy at her in-law’s house. She is surprised when he gets up from dinner and she too refuses to eat. Later, Subbu thinks about he couldn’t express his sorrows in front of Anu.
