The happiness she has for the child
When the old lady predicted that, the child she has would becoming a big yogi, Swetha was genuinely happy. The child might biologically belong to Vennila, but Swetha’s love for him is certainly pure. She cares for him like it is her own child and doesn’t ill-treat him when no one’s watching. She wanted the child, so that Muthurasan would pay her some attention too, but even when he doesn’t care about her, she hasn’t changed her behaviour towards the baby.
Focusing on her child’s upbringing
Raising a child can be a full-time job most of the time, this means that if she decides to bring him up, she will have to dedicate her whole life to this. There will be no time for her schemes against Vennila. Over time, as he grows, she might not even want to plan anything against Vennila because she would want to concentrate on her son.
What parenthood will mean for her
Parenthood has changed a lot of people and made them more thoughtful. As she raises this child, Swetha may realise that she might be leaving behind a worse world with her shenanigans. She might want to nurture him in an environment where he is mentally secure. She believes that he will become great when he grows up, so she is also willing to do anything to make that possible.
