Adele hosted “Saturday Night Live” this weekend, H.E.R. was officially the musical guest. But first, there was a parody of Thursday’s second and final presidential debate to get through. Read more about the event

Saturday Night Live launched its latest season, season 45, on October 2, and it has started some serious investigation among its audience—who is this person impersonating Joe Biden, and do we recognize him?

“What’s cookin’, what’s good?” Johnson’s Biden said, kicking off the premiere. “How was everybody’s summer? Mine was bad.”

Johnson’s Biden added that on the bright side, he “went the entire summer without falling down the stairs once.”

With this launch of its latest season, Saturday Night Live, popularly referred through its acronym SNL, has also launched a new cast member that seems very promising.

James Austin Johnson is the most recent addition to the SNL cast and the public is excited to witness what he has to offer them. Johnson was certainly the highlight of this episode as the audience was curious to uncover this new face on the SNL stage.

The hilarious Joe Biden impersonator is a comedian based in Los Angeles who has worked as an actor and a director. He isn’t new to fame or impersonating politicians. He has a history of impersonating the ex-President of the United States of America, Donald Trump. Political satire seems to be this entertainer’s forte.

SNL has been airing since 1975 and it is regarded as one of the most significant parts of the American culture with a strong legacy of cultural relevance. SNL has launched many careers of some of our most favourite comedians, including Aidy Bryant, Kate McKinnon, Cecily Strong, Kenan Thompson, and Pete Davidson.

Given the very promising legacy offered by SNL to its cast members, we can’t help but anticipate what this opportunity is about to do to the newly launched face of James Austin Johnson, who might be our recent most favorite Joe Biden impersonator.

We went through this hilarious comedian’s tweets and we couldn’t help but love him even more.

He’s also a Marriage Officiant!

We are excited about this latest cast member of SNL, are you?
