Pooja Hegde to romance Pawan Kalyan in Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh?

Fans of ‘Chaani’ aka Pooja Hegde, from Mohenjo Daro, will see this second runner-up from Miss India Universe 2010 return to a prominent role in a Tollywood project. If the buzz in the trade circles is any indication, Pooja ‘Chaani’ Hegde will share screen space with Tollywood power star Pawan Kalyan in Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh.

Directed by Harish Shankar, the project marks the second time that he is teaming up with Pawan Kalyan after Gabar Singh. And the grapevine had it that Harish Shankar had already penciled in Pooja Hegde as the leading lady for Pawan Kalyan. Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh is among the many projects that Pooja Hegde has lined up in her kitty.

Connecting the dots

This dusky beauty has now let the cat out of the bag in sharing a picture of her video chatting with Harish Shankar, only fuelling fan’s expectations. An ‘accidental’ run into music composer Devi Sri Prasad (DSP) en route her workplace, their tete-a-tete and a video-call to Harish Shankar shortly thereafter meant that the dots were now connecting themselves.

Pooja Hegde said this random run into DSP which resulted in the ‘sudden’ video call, ended up as a fun conversation. DSP incidentally will be scoring music for Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh. Mythri Movie Makers are producing this big-budget film. If this news has her fans excited, Pawan Kalyan ‘powered’ up their imagination with the first look poster of this film that Harish Shankar shared in a tweet on September 9.

It shows Pawan Kalyan on a Harley Davidson with India Gate in the background with a cup of tea in one hand and a megaphone in the other. With Harish Shankar now throwing Pooja Hegde into the mix, the fans can certainly look forward to more for the tagline of this film clearly states – This Time It’s Not Just Entertainment.

Apart from this project, Pooja Hegde will be sharing screen space with Prabhas in Radhe Shyam. Salman Khan starrer Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali will also feature this talented actor. Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, Vijay’s Beast, Akhil Akkineni’s Most Eligible Bachelor, and Acharya with Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi, and Kajal Aggarwal are the other projects that Pooja has lined up for her.
