Hip Hip Hurray is a 1984 Hindi drama starring Raj Kiran, Deepti Naval, Satish Anand. Sandeep Chowdhary is a computer engineer who is awaiting appointment in a multinational company. He takes up a temporary job as a sports coach at Bishop Westcott Boys' School in Ranchi, where he encounters an apathetic school principal and develops a relationship with a history teacher named Anuradha Roy.
Sports are not encouraged at the school and the boys spend their time engaging in all sorts of mischief. Sandeep manages to form a good football team with Raghu, the smartest and most mischievous student of the lot. However, Raghu starts regarding Sandeep as his rival as he too develops a crush on the history teacher, who is very attractive.
