Anushka Sharma And Virat Kohli’s 9-month-old Daughter Vamika Receives Rape Threats – Reason Inside

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her husband and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli make a cute couple together. They both have been giving us major love goals with their cozy bond and mushy photos they share on their social media accounts. They welcomed their daughter, whom they named Vamika earlier this year. They made sure that they don’t reveal her face to the media. Nowadays, the actress has been sharing the glimpse of Vamika without revealing her pretty face. The worst-case scenario has been noted that the 9-month-old Vamika has been receiving rape threats these days.

It all is coming from when the Indian cricket team captain and her father Virat Kohli, supported Mohammed Shami and called out religious discrimination, unequivocally. For an unversed, Mohammed Shami faced harsh online abuse after India lost to arch-rival Pakistan by 10 wickets at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on October 24 in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. A week after the match, Virat Kohli came out in support of Shami.

It seems like it had cost him more than he would have expected. Some people could not digest the camaraderie, and resorted to online abuse. They targeted the couple, and not only this but they shifted the radar towards Kohli’s nine-month-old daughter and issued rape threats to the little kid.

While Virat Kohli was being trolled for his performance in the match, fans had also targeted actress Anushka Sharma blaming her for her husband’s performance. Netizens took it to their Twitter and were very quick to blame and troll the actress for Kohli and Team India’s poor performance.

This is not the first time that the Indian cricketer’s family and kids are been targeted. Last year, another Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s five-year-old daughter Ziva was targeted online after an Instagram user sent rape threats. This incident happened after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lost against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Wednesday at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
