According to reports, Mumbai Police have detained the brother of a filmmaker for sexual harassment. According to reports, the 35-year-old male has been charged under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

A 35-year-old guy, the sibling of a film producer, was arrested in Mumbai on suspicion of sexually molesting a young actress and requesting sexual benefits in return for gaining her parts. According to Mumbai Police, an FIR was filed at Aarey Police Station under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. According to reports, Jyoti Desai, a senior officer from Aarey police, revealed that the detention was conducted after a charge was lodged by a Marathi serial actress.

In the last year, Bollywood has been investigated for a variety of legal issues. The Mumbai Police detained Raj Kundra, an entrepreneur and the husband of actress Shilpa Shetty, in an accused pornography case in July of this year. The businessman, though, was later granted bail. Shalini had accused him of “physical, emotional, mental, and verbal assault” on multiple occasions.
