Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut’s Twitter account has been permanently suspended.
Kangana Ranaut often grabs headlines for her tweets. She is often seen sharing her opinions on various issues. However, recently, her account was suspended after netizens found her tweet on West Bengal polls objectionable. Take a look at what happened to Kangana Ranaut’s Twitter account.
Kangana Ranaut’s Twitter account suspended permanently
Kangana Ranaut recently tweeted about the Bengal elections. She made a few comments on the violence that took place after the elections. In a statement, Twitter said, “We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behaviour that has the potential to lead to offline harm. The referenced account has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of Twitter Rules specifically our Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy. We enforce the Twitter Rules judiciously and impartially for everyone on our service.”
Kangana told ANI that she has various other platforms where she can raise her voice. She also mentioned that Twitter has shown the world that they are just another American country that does not care about other countries. She also shared a video of herself crying and talking about the scenario in West Bengal. She mentioned that there is some conspiracy wherein no International media house has covered the incident. She mentioned that People living in Bengal are being murdered, gang-raped and their houses are being burnt. She added that she was also supportive of the government in India but she is disappointed with them.

This is not the first time that the actor’s account has been suspended. In 2020, her account was suspended on a temporary basis for creating controversy. The hashtag of her name has been trending on Twitter and Instagram. Several people created memes related to Kangana Ranaut‘s Twitter handle and IPL being suspended at the same time.
