Shahid Kapoor and Mira Kapoor are currently in the Maldives enjoying their family time. The duo has even shared some brilliant selfies on the gram giving us the perfect couple goals. Speaking of Mira, the mommy of two isn’t just a beautiful mother but even a fitness lover who carries it wherever she goes.
Recently, the actress was doing yoga and recorded herself while doing it on the beach kissed under the sun. She titled it as flow.

The mommy also shared a strong message which read that Yoga doesn’t have to be perfect. It needn’t be a set pattern or a correct number of reps. It’s about connecting with your body, through your body and with nature. And your body doesn’t need to be perfect either. Balance is what Mira strives for. Mira added further that sometimes she likes to go with the flow, and figure out her own set of movements often staying in them for what feels good. It’s that connection and the intuition, that helps one to heal.
Speaking of what she did in the video Mira shared that this was a Surya Namaskar series she did just after sunrise, and she felt so energised. We hear about saluting the Sun, but this time she felt the energy. Bare feet, grounded in the sand and the sound of the waves. For the uninitiated, Surya Namaskar is a flow sequence in yoga that includes around 12 asanas linked to one another. The basic flow includes moving from the standing position into Downward and Upward Dog poses and then returning to the starting position. The asanas are dedicated to Hindu deity, Surya.
Mira’s love for yoga is truly inspiring. With such a powerful post, another thing which comes out is that one must be consistent with what they do and must love it absolutely. They must workout to take care of their body not out of guilt. Well done, Mira Kapoor.
