Actor Jatin Sarna has taken up scriptwriting and has already completed writing two scripts. He is currently gearing up for his third script which is a comedy drama.
Actor Jatin Sarna, who is best known for his portrayal in ‘Sacred Games’ as Bunty, has taken up scriptwriting during his free time in lockdown. He recently revealed that he is quite serious about writing scripts for films and also shared that he has already completed two scripts and is working on a third one. Talking about his scripts, Jatin Sarna revealed that his first written script is based on a writer. He said that it is a thriller, which is a story about a writer who is facing writer’s block.

Further, Jatin Sarna shared details about his second script. The Dark 7 White star’s second script revolves around a teacher and student. He also shared that this script has a strong message of never giving up on your dreams. Jatin Sarna also dropped a few hints about his third script and he is gearing up for it. The actor’s third script will be a comedy-drama.
Talking about his acting career, Jatin Sarna shared that acting is his first love. He also said that during his theatre days in Shri Ram Centre, he used to get many assignments around writing and direction. That’s where he developed a very serious interest in writing. Jatin also added that he will soon bring his scripts and act in them too.
On the work front, Jatin Sarna was last seen in Chhalaang. The sports comedy flick stars Rajkummar Rao, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Saurabh Shukla, Ila Arun, Jatin Sarna among many others. Helmed by Hansal Mehta, it was produced by Ajay Devgan, Luv Ranjan, Ankur Garg and is presented by Bhushan Kumar. The film was slated to release theatrically, however, due to the pandemic, it was released on an OTT streaming platform.
For his next, he will be seen in the sports biopic, ’83. Based on cricketer Kapil Dev’s life, the film stars Ranveer Singh as cricketer Kapil Dev, along with Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva Choudary, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, etc. ’83 is helmed by Kabir Khan.
