On Sunday, November 12, popular actor Kartikeya Gummakonda married Lohitha Reddy. In a traditional ceremony held in Hyderabad, the young couple became husband and wife. The wedding of Kartikeya and Lohitha was a private celebration attended by the couple’s family, close friends, and a few special visitors from the Telugu cinema industry.
The wedding was attended by Tollywood’s biggest personalities, including megastar Chiranjeevi, senior film producer Allu Aravind, and actors Tanikella Bharani, Payal Rajput, Ajay Bhupathi, Saurabh Dhingra, and others. Chiranjeevi is said to have been one of the first celebrities to arrive at the wedding location. The megastar, who is now starring in ‘Ayyappa deeksha,’ wore all black to the wedding.
Kartikeya Gummakonda wore a cream and gold sherwani that he teamed with a golden scarf. Lohitha Reddy, on the other hand, wore a golden kanjeevaram saree with a beautifully embroidered cream blouse and pastel pink dupatta that she looked stunning in.
Kartikeya Gummakonda and Lohitha Reddy fell in love while studying at NIT Warangal and married in a love-cum-arranged marriage. In August of this year, the pair announced their engagement in a private ceremony attended by family and close friends. Kartikeya got down on one knee and proposed to Lohitha during the Raja Vikramarka pre-release ceremony.
Kartikeya Gummakonda announced his engagement on social media, writing: “I’m overjoyed to announce my engagement to my best friend, who has now become my life partner. From the time I first met #Lohitha in Nitwaranagal in 2010, to the present day, and many more decades.”
Kartikeya Gummakonda rose to prominence as a result of his role in the romance thriller RX 100. The outstanding actor will next be seen in Ajith Kumar’s highly anticipated film Valimai, in which he portrays the primary antagonist.
