Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Gets Summoned By ED For THIS Reason; Is Granted 15 Days To React

We’ve been hearing numerous names of Bollywood actresses being dragged in some cases where they’ve been called by the ED for the past few days. Nora Fatehi and Jacquline Fernandes made headlines recently for similar reasons and are currently embroiled in legal wranglings. The gorgeous actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is another name that has been dragged into yet another case.

In the Panama Papers leaking matter, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for inquiry in the FEMA case. She was summoned to the ED’s Delhi headquarters on Monday (December 20). On November 9, 2021, the ED sought Aishwarya Rai on Section 37 of the FEMA Act. The summons were delivered to her ‘Pratiksha’ address in Mumbai. The actress was given 15 days to react.

There has been no further information or a remark from the actress. We’ll have to wait and watch where this case goes and what the consequences are. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a name that has left an indelible mark on the hearts of many. The actress has a large following and has captivated the audience with her acting abilities and attractive appearance.

Despite her little screen appearance, she garnered largely excellent feedback for her performance. Rai appeared in the mediocre comedy-drama Fanney Khan two years later, as a singer kidnapped by a dysfunctional parent.
