Kundali Bhagya 07 January 2022 Upcoming Story: Payal tries unsuccessfully to confront Preeta

In the next episode, to keep his feelings for Preeta a secret, Karan goes to confront her. He, however, gets mesmerised to see her. They inadvertently get closer and struggle to pretend to be angry with each other. He says that he has heard about her coming back as the new owner but refuses to accept it. Prithvi asks Mona to increase the dose of drugs being administered to Mahesh. He explains to Sherlyn that he wants Mahesh to look insane to convince Preeta that he has lost his senses completely. After Kareena finds Sherlyn with Prithvi, Payal asks Sherlyn to be cautious. Sameer senses from Karan’s behaviour that he could not fight with Preeta.

Sherlyn gets afraid to learn that Prithvi has called his lawyer, Nagre, home. Prithvi explains that he has called him to check the property papers presented by Preeta. Sherlyn reminds Prithvi that Nagre is an ill-tempered man whose arrival could spoil their plan. Rakhi gives Preeta a food plate to take to Mahesh. Preeta convinces Mahesh to eat, but Mona arrives there to whip him. She warns Mona to get her medical license cancelled if she repeats this with Mahesh ever. Srishti visits Preeta to get updates about her stay at the Luthra Mansion. During their discussion, she tells Preeta that she has broken up with Sameer.

Karan and Payal run into each other and he saves her from falling down. Unlike Karan, who is busy thinking about something important, Payal enjoys the moment. Soon, Preeta arrives there and Payal tries to confront her. She asks Preeta why she behaves nicely to Karan in private and pretends to be angry in public. Preeta renders her speechless by reminding her of Karan and her relationship. She tells Payal that she stands nowhere in the equation between her and Karan.
