Since his birth is marked on the ninth day of Chaitra Navratri, here are nine valuable life lessons from Ramayana that can make your life better:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Upholding_DharmaRighteousness\"><\/span><b>1. He chose dharma over personal happiness, every single time! Unwavering Loyalty<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loyalty is a lesson given throughout Ramayana. For instance, Sita, without a second thought, accompanied Rama during his 14-year exile. Lakshmana also left the luxuries of the kingdom to accompany them. They endured all the hardships and yet stood strongly by Lord Rama.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Lesson:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Stand by your loved ones during their toughest times.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Courage_and_Resilience\"><\/span><b>3. He was also a huge scholar and one of the most powerful beings in the world. Yet, his ego and arrogance became the reason for his tragic end. It was his greed for power, his ego, and his refusal to accept any good advice that led him to his doom. Despite having a brother like Vibhishana and being a huge Mahadev devotee, nothing could stop his downfall.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Lesson:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Stay humble, no matter how powerful or knowledgeable you become. Listen to positive advice.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Compassion_and_Forgiveness\"><\/span><b>5. Compassion and Forgiveness<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lord Rama granted Ravana salvation even after defeating him. It is one of the most inspiring aspects of the Ramayana. Hanuman\u2019s selflessness, courage, and dedication made him capable of doing even the most impossible tasks.
