The squad is in form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koeman has quality throughout. Van Dijk anchors the defence alongside Micky van de Ven and Denzel Dumfries. Ryan Gravenberch controls the tempo from midfield; Frenkie de Jong adds Barcelona-level composure on the ball. Up front, Gakpo, Summerville, and Brobbey give Koeman three different ways to win a game \u2014 and all three have already scored in this group stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key player: Cody Gakpo \u2014 <\/strong>Two goals against Sweden and a constant danger across both matches. He has won the Africa Cup of Nations with two different nations \u2014 Zambia in 2012, and the Ivory Coast in 2015. Renard was already in the dugout for the Japan match and takes charge here for just his second game with the Eagles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The squad has quality, but the results have not shown. Ellyes Skhiri, 80-plus cap captain and Eintracht Frankfurt&#8217;s defensive anchor, is the foundation in midfield. Hannibal Mejbri, 23, brings Premier League creativity from Burnley. Rani Khedira adds Bundesliga steel. Omar Rekik scored their only World Cup goal against Sweden. Renard&#8217;s task is to get one final performance out of this group before they go home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key player: Hannibal Mejbri \u2014 <\/strong>Tunisia&#8217;s most creative player and their best chance of causing the Netherlands problems. If he gets space to drive forward, he can make the Dutch uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Head-to-Head\"><\/span><strong>Head-to-Head<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tunisia and the Netherlands have never met at a World Cup. The Netherlands have been the dominant team in Group F; Tunisia have conceded nine and scored just once. The form gap is real. Tunisia need to stay compact in the opening period and avoid giving the Netherlands a fast start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renard may push Tunisia to be more offensive with nothing to lose \u2014 at least it gives supporters something to watch. But committing players forward against Gakpo, Summerville, and Brobbey on the counter is dangerous. If Japan beats Sweden and the Netherlands draw, Japan could jump above them. Koeman won\u2019t want to leave it to that. A comfortable win also confirms their seeding going into the knockouts \u2014 strong motivation to go after this from the first whistle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tunisia have conceded nine goals in two matches and has never reached a World Cup knockout stage. Skhiri has already apologised publicly to supporters. This match is their only chance to leave something worth remembering \u2014 a goal, a real performance at the FIFA World Cup 2026\u2122. Against the Dutch, that is a tall order. But it is all that is left.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Our_Prediction\"><\/span><strong>Our Prediction<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Netherlands should win this comfortably. Koeman has attacking depth that Tunisia will struggle to contain for 90 minutes, and with top spot on the line, the Dutch will go after this from the off.
