Preity Zinta has been a fitness enthusiast and she loves to stay fit. The actress gives a glimpse of her everyday workout to her fans through social media. Preity Zinta carries out her workout anywhere, be it the gym, outdoors, or home. The 46-year-old actress is fit as a fiddle. She shares several workout videos on her Instagram. Preity Zinta was away from India last year due to COVID-19 but now she has made her way back and also got herself vaccinated.
Preity Zinta has shared videos where she is seen working out in the gym under the guidance of Yasmeen Karachiwala. She is spotted doing intense workouts with the gym equipment. Preity Zinta is also seen working out outdoors as she balances herself on two stones and stretches. From dumbbells to trying out cardio in her home veranda, Preity has been doing it all.
For home workouts, Preity Zinta makes use of household items like chairs. She is also seen working out outdoors by attaching her stretch ropes to a pole. In several of her high-intensity fitness videos, the actress can be seen doing a lot of exercises including jumping jacks, squats, and lunges with resistance bands.
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Preity took to her Instagram to post a picture with her mother-in-law. She wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day to my other mother. Thank you for raising the man of my dreams and Thank you for loving me, spoiling me & for making me feel more like your daughter than your daughter in law”.
A user replied to the picture and wrote, “It’s because of fame. Is level pe aake koi bhi mother in law spoil karegi (Any mother in law will spoil you at this level)”. To which the Bollywood actress gave a befitting replying saying “Fame does not work in family- love and respect does,” with a joining hands emoticon.
