Siddharth Jadhav, Ankush Chaudhari, Sonalee Kulkarni, and Sai Tamhankar‘s film Dhurala had released within the first few weeks of the year. The film is a political drama that involves a big Maharashtrian family. The film is based in the interiors of the state and is a perfect and realistic example of how politics is in the remote areas of Maharashtra. The film explores the Ubhe family and their greed to snatch power from the hands of their own people! The Ubhe family is revered and respected in the town. The leader of their family passes away and this creates a chaotic situation as the Ubhe brothers begin a brawl over the political position.
